I bought a pair of shoes from a seller. This seller has a no return/no refund policy. The shoes I ordered are too big. I asked the seller if he had another pair shoes at a smaller size. He doesn't have the size to fit me. Is their anything eBay can do to help me or am I stuck with these shoes?
