Return not showing up on apl

Hi I recently returned an item, I scanned the label at usps and sent it on saturday. The item has been delivered as shown by the tracking number in the receipt I got. However on the app and my account it still shows as awaiting for the package on my end basically saying I have yet to send the package and I only have up to December 10th. Is this normal?

First @brant_78 delete the eBay app.

Then, using an actual computer, go to http://eBay.com and enter that tracking number off of that receipt into your return, but add a leading digit zero.

So if your return tracking number is 12345, type in 012345 instead. eBay will now recognize you, and reward you according with a number of email messages, then a refund 2 business after your delivery.
