Hello, I bought airpod pros on ebay and they came today. When they got here I thought that they were fake and requested a return. Then, I kept looking over them I realized that there is a small chance that they might not be fake, so I canceled the return. Now I realize they are 100 percent fake and want to return them, but it won't let me because of the first time I canceled a return. Does anyone know how I could return the airpods.

You cannot open a new return request since you closed the first one. You can message the seller to see if they're still willing to accept a return (it would not be through the returns system). If they say no then your only recourse would be to file a claim through your payment source.

If you paid by credit card, contact your card company.

If you botched the eBay Return, you still can fall back on PayPal (if you used them) before your CC, FWIW.

Im curious as to how that issue was resolved if it ever was? Did you sue? Do you want to sue? Because.im a firm believer that strength is in numbers.Ebay just ripped me off for $330 bucks..Buyer paid..I shipped...Ebay refuses to pay me..Do to a another account being suspended over 18 dollars which has been paid..I want to file a Class action lawsuit going against them..Would you be on board if I was to get that project in motion?

The OP hasn't logged into this forum since creating this post , so I doubt you'll get a response.
Good luck with a class action. You may want to read over the User Agreement first.
Your issue is not the same as the OPs. The OP screwed up the return process by closing it before ever returning the item.
Your situation is completely different.
