Return an item without a label

Hello,

I have bought a laptop recently and started a return process because item was not brand new as described.

When I opened return request seller doesnt provide instructions so I raised the case to ebay. Seller then sent me money via PayPal to cover return shipping costs.

He is now asking me to return it. The problem now is I don't have any option to fill the tracking information so I was wondering if I should wait for an answer from ebay to send me return instructions or should I go ahead and ship it directly then inform seller via message about tracking information?

Once you buy a shipping label, you should be able to return to the case and enter the tracking number.

kensgiftshop is correct. You have to return to the actual case itself - not just to your purchase history or anywhere else.

Be aware if you are purchasing the label you are responsible for the items delivery.

If the seller buys the label they are responsible for getting it back.
