The buyer requested a return because the clock arrived damaged. We have since worked it out, he kept the clock for parts and I refunded him $200.00. I want to leave positive feedback for him but it won't let me. It also says I reported the buyer - I did not. Everything has been settled between us. Want to un-report the buyer and leave feedback.

When a seller amicably settles a return no feedback can be exchanged. Or you may have already given feedback. And since you gave the buyer a partial refund for some unknown reason eBay throws in a report on the buyer just for the heck of it. There is no such thing as unreporting a buyer.

This is a public forum of buyers and sellers. Ebay is not here.  Ebay won't see your post.

I hope your buyer closed out the return case if one was opened.

Don't worry about the erroneous report of the buyer. Ebay would not be looking at it anyways.

If there is a return case still open, that could possibly be keeping you from leaving feedback.   I dont know for sure.
