I received a damaged and broken item not matching the listing condition, seller was extremely slow to ship and hard to reach. When I finally got in contact seller offered to pay for return shipping costs and start refund. The address provided to me was different than the address it was shipped from, today I received notification that the address was invalid. The seller will not respond to my messages and I had to contact ebay to step in to help me get my refund. @japan-kyoto28-job72
Did you file a return case against the seller as "Not as describe" or did you just ship the item to an address the seller provided? When you contacted Ebay to step in to help get a refund what happened? Ebay doesn't respond here. If you need to talk to an Ebay agent then contact them.
