Return / Refund

I requested a refund for an item I never received. Since the seller hadn't returned any of my requests, I contacted Ebay. I received notification that they would refund my money. My question, it says they would refund it the same way it was paid, we paid part debit card which I'm sure will be fine. But I paid for the other part with a gift card. Will they mail a new gift card for the remainder?

No, they won't send a new card.

If it was an Ebay gift card, the gift card is attached to your account and the funds will be available to use next time you check out.
