Return Refund Amount

I am expecting a return (doesn't fit reason) from the buyer. I am a TRS and offer free returns. Upon receiving the item,  do I need to refund original shipping charge? Was buyer provided at no cost to them a return shipping label (from my account?). Previously, I remember that suggested refund was only a purchase price without shipping when I followed ebay instructions. Please advise.

If the buyer paid the original shipping, you can deduct the shipping charge from the refund on a remorse return.

If it was free shipping, the buyer gets a full refund.
