I recently purchased an item from a sellter that was mis-advertised. I shipped the item back on my own as the label from ebay took close to a week to come through. I do not see anywhere that I can update my return with this tracking information and the seller already has the item. When I view my return, I only see the ebay label so I'm caught in a loop. Can anyone assist with what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

Return Help

Contact customer service and ask them to add your tracking number to the return. You may want to send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebay on facebook, askebay on X
