Return Case

hey all,

Hope everyone having a great day. I got a return case earlier from one of my customers. The customer informed me that the item quality isn't good that why it needs to return don't why I send this item couple of my other customers they seem ok. after opening the return case I contact the buyer and inform them that you can return the item to me but you have to send me the proof that item is in good shep otherwise it doesn't matter it returns if it in bad condition I keep asking my customer to send me proof image but they are not responding to any of my massages. please inform me what to do

@sherlook895_6   If the Buyer filed a return through eBay AND you accepted the return then you wait to get the item back before doing anything else.
