I sent a cheap item without a tracking number. The buyer opened a Request "The buyer hasn't received this yet".
If I send it again, now with a USPS tracking number, and update the request with the tracking number. Can I Win the request? (passed almost 1 month since purchase). Thanks.

In my opinion, you should either refund or replace the item but providing a tracking number after the fact won't work in your favor.

If you're going to send a replacement item, you might as well just refund. You could be out two items if you do what you are proposing.
