How do they expect me to refund someone when they are holding the money the buyer paid til Jan 27 ? I am a new seller. I have no problem with refunding his money. The item was damaged in shipment . It is insured so I hope I get paid. Is there any way to talk to someone that works for ebay.

You can issue the refund. It will be deducted from your funds on hold. Note that if you're issuing a full refund, you'll have to cover FVFs and the $.30 Transaction Fee, too.

As to talking  to someone who works for eBay... there's no need as it was received damaged. Good luck to you here.

Final Value Fees. Your buyer will receive a full refund, but you'll still be 'out' the selling fees. They'll be charged to the method you have on file.

Well my refund finally went through. The last day within the last hours. Why I don't know. I tried for days.
