Refunds

What should I do if I'm unable to send a photo of the item for which I would like a refund?

Re: Refunds

Curious as to why you can't send a photo?  Did you already ship it back?

eBay now requires a photo to be attached  for some return requests and the request will not proceed until a photo is attached

Sometimes suggested to "copy & paste" a photo from the listing to proceed with the return request.

Re: Refunds

Hi @rari_1250

If you don't have the equipment to take a photo of your item ... you can just copy & paste one of the listing photos into your 'return request' in order to complete it.

If there is some other problem you're having with taking a photo, please let us know.

Re: Refunds

If your filing a case and it requires a photo, you need to find a way.  What is the problem your having?

Re: Refunds

The copy and paste from the original listing works to allow you to file the claim.

Goes to show how little importance the photo has.

Yeah, that's not new.

I was 98.6% sure they weren't sending anything anywhere and just didn't have the vocabulary to explain it.

You can never tell for certain if someone is vastly misunderstanding how ebay works or is just using words that mean something else.

I mean it would not be all that out of the ordinary for someone to come into a thread and ask how they email ebay a picture.
