SELLER OFFERS COMPLETEB TOTAL REFUND FOR RETURNS BUT ENAY CLOSED THE CASE AND ITEM WAS PARTIALLY REFUNDED.

SELLERS ITEMS DESCRIPTION INCLUDES THE PROMISE OF FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING.

SINCE THE CASE IS CLOSED EBAY HAD LEFT ME TO CONTACT SELLER WHO OFFERS A GOOD DEAL ON MY NEXT PURCHASE BUT I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING THEY HAVE I COULD USE.

SO I AM STUCK. EBAY HASN'T HELPED ME. LEAVERS ME TO DEAL WITH RELUCTANT SELLER.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

SHIPPING WAS $10.

SO I AM SHORT $10.

It sounds like the seller accepts returns with buyer paying return shipping. And if the seller charged separately for shipping (rather than building the shipping cost into the item price and offering "free" shipping), the seller is allowed to retain the original shipping charge since they are out that money.

If you post the item number, we can look at the listing and shipping and see what happened.
