Did you buy it on Ebay  or Facebook scam claiming to go through Ebay?

Did you find the vehicle here on Ebay or another site like FB or CL?

If you found it on another site and paid for it with gift cards, you were scammed.

If you found it on another site that is a scam.  eBay never assists in sales or payments of items listed on other sites.  It has to be listed on eBay to be an eBay sale. There is no other way.

If you were told to pay with gift cards that is a scam. eBay will never tell anyone that.

It looks like your money has been stolen and it can't be recovered.

You did not purchase through eBay.  Just a scammer using the eBay name to steal money. Sorry I don't have better news for you.
