Hi! I have purchased a phone and sent it back to my own expenses. Unfortunately the seller refused the accept the delivery and my item got lost in the mail. I tried to get eBay help but I couldn't find the option and I accidentally closed the return request. Therefore there's no option for ask eBay to help. It says on the app that return completed but it isn't. I have no item and no refund either. What shall I do?

Sounds like several errors were made here; however, you can open an NAD case with Paypal, if that's how you paid, or do a chargeback with your credit card.

I believe eBay would have considered the item delivered to the seller if tracking showed the seller refused to accept delivery on a return case. Closing the return case is a problem. eBay support or eBay support on Facebook (which I understand is better) may be able to help.
