Refund for damaged good

Received a damaged light box ,seller opened a shipping claim with UPS .can I get a refund an is there a time limit to get the refund from seller..

Do not wait for your seller @scbo-4965 or your time will expire without a refund. Click "Return this item" then SHOW MORE to start an "Arrived damaged" return request.

After 3 business days, if you still don't have a refund, come back and click Ask eBay to swoop in and save the day. Then, after you get your refund, hold on to the light box to assist with your seller's claim, in case UPS wants to inspect the damage.
