RETURN item that did not match the picture and description.

When I select my Reason for Returning, I am asked to attach a Photo. I am a Senior citizen and do not know how to attach a Photo. I have made returns and have not been required to attach a Photo. I contacted the Seller and the Seller replied on 12/27 to me to contact eBay for help. I have spent a lot of time researching on eBay as to how to do this to no avail. I would simply like for the Seller to send me a Return Label.

Just go to the listing and click one of the listing photos and select "copy image" and then go to return request and paste image. The seller can not send you a return label until the return request has been opened.

I thanked you too soon. I always Copy and Paste but it won't work here. I went to the listing and copied one of the photos but when I go to Return Item, it has a Square with a blue dot with a white cross inside the blue dot. I am unable to Paste the image to the Square. It won't let me.

The Square is under Return Item and under Add Details.

It reads:

Add photos (0/10)

Please provide photos to this return

Try pasting the copied photo to your desktop ... and then Copy & Paste it to your return request from the desktop.  That sometimes works when I have difficulty.

Click on the white cross (it's actually a plus sign, it means to add a photo) and you will pop open, a panel to choose any photo to upload -- this is solely to start your return request.

Later, if the seller wants more photos @shunt1021 you can figure out how via eBay Messages -- but it's not required: The return request alone is sufficient to get a prepaid return label, or a full refund no return needed.

If this is an Android phone, you'll see Gallery or Camera to select the photo. Or if it's an iPhone, throw it away.
