I had to send an item back because it did not look anything like the photos. I contacted the seller beforehand and told him I was not pleased with it because he used a stock photo that didn't look like what he was selling. I used ebays form and picked the reason as it did not match pictures or description. I received the message that the seller would furnish a label, and almost immediately received a return label. I had a terrible time trying to print it - the packing slip printed with no problem, but the Label would only print 1/4 of the label no matter what I did so I called Ebay and they solved the problem. I didn't notice till after she hung up - that this label says BILL SENDER. The shipping date and size of the box etc is a lot lighter than the rest of the label, but right underneath the dimensions it says BILL SENDER. I contacted Ebay again, and I got an answer of don't use the label. Wait 3 days and call us. I don't know what the wait 3 days is about, but I don't think this label is right. Looking on the box it came in - across from the sellers name and adress is the dimensions, weight, etc - and it says BILL SENDER. Has anyone ran into this before? This is Not Overseas shipping, it is California and the shipping was $32.

That doesn't sound like an eBay RETURN SERVICE label -- Is the carrier USPS, FedEx, or UPS, etc.?
And the 3 days sounds like eBay is giving the seller more time to provide a proper prepaid return shipping label.

Hi, It is a FedEx Label and I would have not questioned it at all except for the part that says BILL SENDER. On the Label where it says TO: AND HIS ADDRESS and phone number, across from that it gives a Reference Number and says RETURN. I just don't want to find out a month from now - that Fedex charged My Account.

@ruralbess3 When I read your post, I presumed this was a FedEx label. Most likely this seller is using their own FedEx account to furnish you a label. Nice catch on your part to see that, bill sender. You have a money back guarantee on this platform, and it looks like you've done everything else correctly so far. The 3 days is eBay allowing the seller to send you a correct label.
I suggest you contact eBay using social media as those reps are much more helpful. You have the upper hand here so move forward to ensure you get your refund. Use either Facebook or Twitter and look for eBay for business. Send them a message with what you wrote above. They have access to your account and all messages so they can close this on your behalf. Remain confident that all will work in your favor. Best of luck to you....
