Processing A Return

I unfortunately had to request a return for an item I bought. Opened a case and it asked me to ship it back and gave me a label to print. I did so and the package has been delivered but the system keeps telling me to provide tracking information BUT will not accept the tracking info from the label they provided. Any suggestions?

The workaround is simple @krypticx84. Just add a digit 0 in front of that tracking number.
