Posting photo in return request

I am trying to file for a return on a counterfeit coin i received from seller., the form requires me to post a phot, but it will not go through.  its a jpg image, i have tried everything, but i cant post the photo unto my return request.

and there is no way to get a live rep from ebaay to walk me through it.  what now ???  PLEASE HELP !!!

Try doing a copy and paste or a drag and drop from the original listing you purchased from. 

Or right click on a photo from the listing and then save it as a .jpg or .png file and upload it.

What the actual picture is has nothing to do with the refund process. Just get some sort of photo of the item into the return request.

Take photo on iPhone?

Email photo to yourself.

Open email and then put photo on computer...and then upload photo to return.
