Partial refund?

I had a buyer purchase a camera from me. In the listing, I stated that the screen was cracked, but I did test the camera and it works fine. I also included a picture of the screen to show the damage. Now this person wants to return the camera stating that it was damaged/cracked. I do offer free returns, however do I have to refund the entire including shipping when it was their fault that they didn't read the listing completely before purchasing? I don't feel like I should have to refund the shipping cost because of this. When I read the refund policies, it doesn't state anything about if the item WAS as listed, but the customer didn't read it correctly. Please advise.

Partial refund?

@savvystealsanddeals,

Yes you do have to refund the original shipping cost, however you have the option to message the buyer back and say that you will refund the full purchase price, if the buyer sends the camera back on their own dime w/ tracking, because there was a photo of the cracked viewing screen and the crack was mentioned in your description.  Tell them to open the listing look carefully at the photos and read your description then to click on the See details button after your return policy on the listing page.

The cracked on the screen might have been more visible, had you turned the camera on and aimed it at something then taken a photo of the screen. Down loading a photo of the scene taken in the cracked screen photo would have shown that the crack doesn't affect the actual photo.
