Ordered a Graphics Card, shipping address is the wrong address. Seller doesn't offer returns.

I just made an order for a graphics card, but realized immediately after making the order that it was shipped to the wrong address. As the title says, the seller does not accept returns. I put in a request to cancel the order since it was shipped to the wrong address and then purchased the card to be sent to the correct address, but from my understanding the seller doesn't have to cancel the order at all, even though the cancellation order has been put in before the item has been shipped. Is there no way I can get a refund for the item if the seller decides not to accept the order cancellation? The item has already been payed for since I used PayPal and the payment was automatically processed.

Suggest you put in a forwarding address at your old post office.

Your package may still be returned to the seller if no one there or if refused, so keep an eye on the tracking.

Seller may still help you if he sees your note before he ships, at least any good seller will.
