Hi eBay - can you please review the messaging between me and the seller regarding order number:
21-10989-56385
I've been seeking the correct address from the seller for weeks and have yet to receive it. Not to mention, the seller is not communicating effectively to facilitate a return.
I'd like to return this item for a full refund. If the seller can't accommodate that I'd like eBay to intervene.

You don't need the seller to open a Return claim... it's all automated. No worries and good luck.

You did not provide a lot of information but I will take a guess at where you are in the return process. The seller has not provided a return label yet?
If seller does not send a return label within 3 days and the "Ask eBay To Step In" option is not available, you will have to contact eBay. Contact eBay thru Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/
Using the instant messaging and explain that the seller has not provided a return label.
Under NO circumstances do you close the return before getting your refund, REGARDLESS of what the seller might tell you.
