I am trying to return an item. I got this message from Ebay "The seller let us know they sent a return label for your item" I have not got the return label. I have never had to return anything so dont know where this label would even be. Would I find it in the my massages? It is not there. It also says to contact seller if you haven't received it . I sent a message to them and have had no response yet. What do I do now?

This exact scenario happened to me recently.
I clicked the question mark in the lower left of the page to get to the support page and from there to the automated assistant, where I asked to speak with an agent.
The agent confirmed that the seller had NOT, in fact, sent me a return label and told me that if a label was not sent to me by X date, eBay would simply refund me.
That's exactly what happened; I did receive a refund from eBay.
So, initiate a chat and let an agent know what's going on.

Click on details and you should find the label if the seller provided one.
