I've never done a return on an item that I have free returns on (I'm using top seller rules). Do I need to send them a shipping label? The return window is only giving me the option to "refund" the buyer. Do I need to send them a shipping label, or can they do it from their own end, and I'll get billed?

Ebay usually provides the label to the buyer automatically.
Then ebay bills the seller once the label is used.
Only issue a refund once you receive your item back and inspect it.
International returns are an exception. Ebay doesn't provide labels for those.

If you can not get the option to forward a shipping label I would call eBay for help. If you just refund you may not get the item back.
The buyer may need to make a request for a return thru their eBay functions before you can offer the label.

Thank you. I couldn't get a hold of Ebay support or find it on their "help pages". Thanks for your help, this was my first real return.
