Negative Feedback and Returns

Quick question: As a seller does eBay automatically remove negative Feedback after a buyer's return is refunded and closed?

Trying to confirm what I read elsewhere. Thanks!

As long as the seller is the one giving the refund and not eBay, feedback is usually removed.

From my understanding that is only with free returns.

I gave a refund before 30 days...and buyer could not do a revision feedback and eBay would not change feedback as well after 30 days. I think it's different as TRS seller though.
