I have started a new account and am going through the growing pains again. No matter how many stores I have opened in the past with a different account/store name, Ebay doesn't seem to recognize the fact I have been on here for 22 years now. Anyway here is the problem I am currently having.
I have sold an item to someone on here who seems to be having a good time messing things up with returns and such. I send him the item within 24 hours and while it is in transit to him, a few days later, before delivery he says
"Reason for return:
Just didn't like it
Comments:
I don't need it for this year thank you very much"
The item was ordered on 2/18/22, delivered on: 2/25/22 and he opened a return request on 2/22/22. He couldn't decide he didn't like it when he read my detailed description and viewed my photo. He had to think it over for a few days then decide (after it was shipped and on the way). This has scammer written all over it. NEVER refund a BUYER who opens a return request, until you receive the item back from them in the condition it was sent. Ebay needs to change the BUYER is godly and always wins and the SELLER is out to scam everyone attitude. No matter what we do to ensure a package is shipped in a timely manner and provide tracking and any other documentation, we, the SELLERs always lose. That include the disappearing (Never received) orders. This is very prevalent with international packages. So, ALWAYS use Ebay International Standard Delivery which is handled by DHL and is tracked and delivered by them. I will not use anything else and the customed saves a few bucks on the shipping cost.
