I have started a new account and am going through the growing pains again. No matter how many stores I have opened in the past with a different account/store name, Ebay doesn't seem to recognize the fact I have been on here for 22 years now. Anyway here is the problem I am currently having.
I have sold an item to someone on here who seems to be having a good time messing things up with returns and such. I send him the item within 24 hours and while it is in transit to him, a few days later, before delivery he says

If you do not accept returns that return reason is a remorse reason and can be denied, unless your item or shop is set up to accept returns.
There is the dreadful "Item Not As Described" that forces you to refund. It has been abused in the past and sometimes still is
