The purchased Item was “Significantly Not As Described”and the Seller agreed to a return. Item forwarded back to seller. The seller asked eBay Customer Service to review the matter and make a final decision as to a refund. The seller supplied eBay with photos of only some of what I as the buyer returned along with photos of items not related to my return. He also told EBay I did not return the complete item. EBay found the case in my favour and issued me a full refund. I can’t seem to leave negative feedback about this seller- Why is this?

With some sellers depending upon status, buyers have to wait ~7 days to leave a neutral or negative.

Jump down @roseville13 to the underside of this page and see if a link there helps you leave feedback?

Thanks I obviously haven’t explained my problem. I can leave the feedback but ebay don’t publish it.

Thanks - The seller did not offer returns but eventually agreed to return which he paid for. I suppose that covers him?
If ebay had to come in and pay the refund. Does that money come from his pocket? Are his seller statics affected?

No, a static is static: A static doesn't move.

We, of course, can't see the FB you left, but if you mentioned having to open a case, that's the reason eBay would have removed it.

Because the seller reported you for abusing the returns process.
There is no SNAD anymore it is just INAD because the difference between significantly and a teeny tiny bit has no bearing on whether the MBG applies or not.
