Find the order for the label makers in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Cite the reason for your request ('Defective' or 'Doesn't match description or photos'... whatever the verbiage), confirm and submit your claim.
The seller will either issue you a prepaid shipping label (and you will return the items for a refund) or will refund without requiring a return. If the seller hasn't done either after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay... no tech support required.
