Item number

I am trying to email ebay about how to get my money back when the listing was taken down and when i put in the item number their asking for it says the item number had ended since the listing was taken down. It won’t allow me to send the email without a valid item number. I don’t know what to do at this point I can’t contact the seller since the listing was removed and I can’t email ebay about it. I returned an item and it showed up back at my house when i used the return label provided from the seller. My order was a pair of apple airpods that were advertised as authentic but they weren’t.

You won't be able to send that email, @analma93.

Instead, leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook (or open an account, only to contact eBay, not for social purposes) and give eBay the details, to force your refund despite the return could not be delivered.
