Item not as described

A seller ripped me off on Item NOT AS DESCRIBED and now won't return/refund.

Thank You everyone that has responded to help me out with this.

I tried to click on RETURN, ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED.

But it simply says: Seller does not accept returns.

So, everything is disabled at that point, can't click on "Next" it's Grayed out.

How long ago did the item arrive?  You have 30 days after the item arrived to open an item NOT described case.  Go to MY PURCHASES in MY EBAY.  Find the purchase and see if you can open an item NOT described case there.  Also, if your item was a Pokemon card, you had 3 days to return it.
