I started a partial refund and the item seems to be stuck on offering a full discount. Am I stuck with this now?

Is the refund tied to a Return claim? If so, I don't see that you have the ability to reduce a refund. Expand, please...
Edit to add: I do think you'd be able to offer a partial refund using the drop-down under other circumstances. 🤔
