Hello i return a itemand paid for shiping my self didn’t know i had to wait to get a shiping  quode back from the seller. And now they dont answer my messeges  i have the traking number to the correct address   I just need my miney back

Did you open a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History?

Did either eBay or the seller provide the address where to ship back the item?

I open a return request.  Yes i got the address and ship it back  but i didn’t saw that i was going to get a return lavel  i ship on my own  and now i dont have nothing to ship back with the qrcode they send me

Hi @fabriarg21 

If you have the tracking number that shows delivery back to the seller … then phone your credit card company, provide the tracking number, and request a chargeback.

I wouldn’t try to deal with eBay at this point, since you skipped a couple of steps in the return process.  You will be able to explain things easier to your CC company agent.
