Did you file for a return or just ship the item back?
What was the reason for the return?

Is the item back in the hands of the seller?
Did you pay for return shipping?

Normal procedure is for buyer to return the item to seller.
Seller receives, inspects the item and if all is as it should be then seller issues a refund.
If item is not returned then no refund is issued.
Did something else occur ?
