I made a purchase for my dad and a couple car parts weren't correct and needed to be returned. I started the return process and 1 gave me a return QR code right away the other one commented and asked when I could return it. I can't reply to the comment because it automatically logs me into my normal ebay account and I can't create a new account because the purchase is linked to my email but it was made as a guest. I don't know what to do. I can return it whenever I just have no way to tell the seller. Any advise would be much appreciated.
