Did you open an item not as described case? What happened if you did?

Hi @jjjue_74
You asked about this yesterday ... and were given excellent advice on exactly how to file a case for a refund. Nobody is 'washing their hands' of you. Just follow the directions you were given here:

You can't just burn your items and expect your money back.

Is this poem?
Destroy the item and expect a refund. That’s disgusting.
This buying forum is going to fill up my blocked list.

If you discovered that a purchase was not as described, you had 30 days to open an item not as described case with eBay. Can't tell whether or not you did that.
BTW, if/when you do open a case, there is a possibility that you'll be required to return the item before being refunded. Whoever suggested incineration did not have your best interests at heart.
Have you not read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

Exactly what was wrong with the responses you got yesterday?
If you actually destroyed the item, then you've no chance of getting a refund. What if you were a seller and were informed by a buyer that he had received something NAD and wanted a refund without needing to return this item? Let's hear what your reaction would be, honestly.
Please read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers. Please.

So you did a burn test on one of the objects and it fails so you say magnetite:
Magnesite is usually dyed to the color of turq, and if broken or drilled will show a white interior.
Not so treated turquoise (witch most is) is not magnetite and will some what burn.
Now if that was not stated as treated: you still have a case of item not as described and should file such.
For testing a small drill so that nay damage is minimal should be done.
