A buyer bought an item from me. I shipped it to her in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope.
I made a stupid mistake and sent her the wrong item. I told her to mark it RETURN TO SENDER, but her mail carrier has not picked it up in 2 days. She does not want to put it in a collection box. I think they do not allow Priority packages to be place in a collection box anyway.
I want to send her a label, but I do not know how to send her a "Priority Padded Flat Rate" Label. I am willing to eat the costs since it was my mistake.
How do I send her a label that she can print out? Thank you!!!

Easiest is have her open a Return Request on ebay. You approve it and ebay will send he a link to print a return label.

This is a common mistake (at least for me haha). I have had trouble working it out since the changes from paypal to payouts thru eBay. You could probably purchase a label through pirate ship and then download the label and take a screen shot and send it to them as a photo. The other option which I had to do recently is to mail the label to them via snail mail with a stamp. The buyer didn't have a printer so that was my only option.

Thank you for your reply.
I was also thinking I could go to the PO and purchase a flat rate padded priority label and email her a copy.
She does have a printer.
For some reason my browser does not accept Click n Ship anymore. I am afraid to lose my money on printing out a label. Although it does work for eBay labels.
What do you think?
