How to use Ebay Money Back Guarantee

Seller doesnt accept returns. But the chain I bought has a very small clasp that is very hard to open. Even if theres a picture shown regarding size, I will still have difficulty opening clasp. Pls advise

@rxxxx8. Well, if you like the necklace your in luck because there is a little well known extension piece that you can purchase. Gold or silver tone, it hooks on both ends to your necklace and closes secure with a strong magnet.

     Walmart, Avon, ebay all carry this product. Easy peasy.

Sounds like a remorse return not a MBG return

Have you contacted the seller? Even if their Return policy shows 'No Returns', they still could approve a return for buyer's remorse. You'd have to pay return shipping, but you'd get a refund of the item's price. Then, the seller would get the chain back to sell to another.

At worst, the seller could deny your Return request. Then, you'd have the chain to gift or to resell here. They can't eat you.

@rxxxx8

If the clasp is appreciably more difficult to open, I’d call that an Item Not as Described, and return for a full refund.  If you typically have some difficulty with clasps, I’d call that a remorse return.

I've got a few nice necklaces and bracelets that have small clasps.  That doesn't make something not as described.
