How to turn off the return approve by ebay automatic?

Hello,

We have turned off the turn off the return approve by ebay automatic on 4th,but now, we checked that our return still approved by ebay automatic, we don't need approve by ebay automatic, we need approve or process the return by ourselves, because ebay approved the return automatic, offer buyer usps return shipping label , sometimes couldn't be used for buyer, so this is a big problem,

we want to get help that how to setting approve return by ourselves?

set it so that a "return authorization #" is used for returns.

That will stop the "automatic" and allow you to deal with it.

Turn on RMA number at bottom this return preferences page. That pause return process 2 day for you provide own return label, or just refund no need return.

I do not think you will be able to stop retunrs at all with MP..I am not talking about the RMA

in the fall seller update it was mentioned that sellers in MP now have to use auto aproove

its basically forced returns but I have not really seen any one mention it on the boards

I believe that automatically accepts any return for any reason.
