How to return the refunded item

Hi.

I, as a Seller, by stupid mistake indicated wrong delivery address for the item sold to the USA.

The Buyer opened a claim and received a refund from me as he had not received the product.

How can I return the item sent from the USA back to the seller's address?

Please help.

If you, as a seller sent the item to the wrong address, in another country, that is going to be a hard item to get back. Do you even know who has the item in their possession?

What shipping service did you use from Ukraine?

USA buyers are normally not allowed to make purchases from Ukraine(unless that changed).

You have items shipping to US using Media Mail, bee insemination devices do NOT qualify for Media Mail. The USPS can and will open any packages they suspect that don't qualify for Media Mail service, they will either require additional payment from the recipient or bill your eBay account for underpayment of a  Priority Mail package.

The OP has Media Mail selected to ship bee insemination products which obviously doesn't qualify.

The item is in possession of USPS Regional Facility in JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER. It was not delivered anybody, it got stuck in the distribution center and I try to understand how to get it out of there.

From Ukraine now I use several services. UkrPoshta, NovaPoshta, etc. I send items all over the world, no problems with shipments. 

For this shipment I used Ukrposhta, and they say as soon as item reach the USA, the  Ukrposhta have no possibility to redirect the item back, as the USA rules prohibit any chane of address.

Well, you have your answer. I do sympathize – it has to be hard to lose an expensive item.

You need to fix your shipping services. It's quite odd services you have set up usps media mail ?

Did anyone notice the number of duplicate listings of the same item? 

Another thing @lipatov. Why do your listings all show that you are using USPS shipping services to ship items from Ukraine to various other countries? 

Shipping to the US shows media mail but all other countries show USPS priority mail service:

I looked at all of your listings. You selected Economy mail service (USPS Media Mail)

That is not a thing you can do.

If you see it again you will most certainly be extremely lucky
