How to reopen return request that was closed.

In my last purchase , I got some damaged product, so I opened return request. But it seems to be managed, so request was closed. After few days, I see that still have the same problem. What do you suggest for next step to open secondly the return request on the same product?

Sorry, once you close a case it can't be reopened.  Never close too soon. Be sure your happy first.

You will know have to file a case with the payment service you used. Of if you paid by credit card, with your card company.

If you've botched the eBay Return, your next claim is with PayPal (if you used them) and finally with your CC.

Once you've closed a case it is done and cannot be reopened. You also cant open a second case on the same item through eBay. 
You could try to open a chargeback through PayPal if thats how you paid or your credit card.
