How to remove given feedback?

I gave a negative feedback to the seller about an error in an item I purchased. The seller accepted the item again. Therefore it is necessary to remove the feedback.

Ask the seller to send you a feedback revision form.

The seller can send you a revise feedback request. Do not think you can remove/alter feedback given on your own.

Suggestion:  If/when this should happen again, how about contacting the seller or even opening an NAD case BEFORE leaving FB?
