I recently sold an item using the Ebay shipping label. I also included that the item be signed for which I had to pay an extra fee. My posting states no returns. The issue is the buyer has paid but the UPS returned the item to me because the buyer was not available to sign. The buyer stated he thought UPS would hold the item for pickup. The buyer still wants the item, but does not want to pay shipping fees. I do not want to pay shipping fees or refund the item because of the postage I paid. How do I get Ebay to provide another label without having to pay another service and shipping fee?
