How to create a return

I have an order to return.  I did not use PayPal so I can't locate the item there.  I used a credit card.  I have been sent several methods   given to me to return this  but they haven't worked.  I need to return the steering linkage kit for a custom retro V8hot rod pro #273843769881.  I need to know how to create a return.  Thanks.

go to your purchase history

find this item

scroll right and click the dropdown "more actions" there will be a button "return this item"

if it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date your are out of options on ebay.
