How do I change my listing time from 14 days to 30 days when I already have it listed. Thanks

Since they have bids, don't think you can change it now.

You can't change a listing once it has bids.  Also most auctions run 7 days 10 at the most.  You would have to end a listing and relist a a Fixed price listing.

You can't have a listing that runs for 14 days, but I noticed that your two 7-day auction listings have a 14-day return policy.

You can change the return policy from 14 days to 30 days by revising the listing. However, I'm not sure if you can change the return policy after an auction has a bid, which yours do.
