hello! I requested the return of an applewatch that did not work, it was authorized and by mistake I put a WRONG return label from a previous return, they told me that the applewatch had arrived and that they would return it to me, obviously the whole process took more time ! I notified the seller of everything that happened from the beginning and they have closed my case, the return label is no longer active and I cannot contact anyone from ebay! I notified and explained everything, I even appealed the case, I already contacted the seller and he tells me that he should help me EBAY

If you still have the CORRECT return label (in the same way you saved the previous return label)
mail your return (USPS Return Service labels don't expire, as you've discovered, even after a closed case).
Then if your seller doesn't refund after you've returned the item, either file
-- another return request here for "didn't work" or
-- a CREDIT NOT PROCESSED chargeback with your card issuer.
Why Would a Customer File a Chargeback With Reason Code “Credit Not Processed?”
“Credit Not Processed” chargebacks are filed by customers who have returned their purchase but did not receive a refund from the merchant.

The OP/ buyer used the wrong label and shipped the item back to a DIFFERENT / WRONG Address. (previous seller). That seller has the item.
The real seller does not have the item.
Why would you tell this buyer to make a false claim with their credit card? You can get into legal trouble for making false claims. Bad advice.

You have to use the label given by a certain date. If not, case gets closed. Nothing more will be done.

OP already received the item back from the wrong seller, but after the current case had closed.
The wrong label was able to return the item to the wrong seller. Likewise, the current return label is able to return the item the OP got back to the correct seller, or OP can pay for the return shipping themselves.
If the correct seller then does not voluntarily refund after a return within the duration provided by a cardholder's coverage, the card issuer can still force the refund. Because eBay chose to accept cards for payment, consumers have options beyond its Money Back Guarantee even after it lapses, to return goods for a refund.
