Help me return my product or get refunded

HI Everyone

I bought a phone in august 2024, and from the past 2 days its touch screen is not working. I've contacted the seller and they havent replied. i tried to contact ebay but their stupid chat bot is taking me in circles and doesnt let me talk to an agant. IDK what to do.

I understand the purchase is over 30days old at this point but it was from their refurbished program and it should be covered under warranty

Please HELP!

Warranty is in the USA...I believe your listed in Fiji does not cover that.

I read the warranty...did you not read it? That could be the reason why.

I don't know what kind of  phone you bought...here in the states we can take our iPhone to any store to ask how to fix it...the advice is free in any store...no matter where it was purchased. Are there any stores in Fiji that can help you there?

If there're selling gobally shouldnt the warrent be gobal too? I think its **bleep** for a product you buy and it fails 5 months later, i would assume it was ebay refurbished tag it was last at least a year or so. I bought a fold 3

Read the warranty which I did....it mentions only 'in the states'.

There are no warranties on items purchased on eBay unless you purchased Allstate warranty.

Other than that only the manufacturer can provide warranty coverage. But since you bought the item on eBay the manufacturers warranty, if any is void. 
Your Money Back Guarantee protection expired 30 days after delivery. eBay can't help you.

Your only option would be to file a chargeback through your credit card company.

Buy a new screen and replace it, it's not that hard.

If you want a warranty, buy from an authorized dealer.
