I ordered something on May 4th. Requested a refund because I didn’t get the item on May 10th. Seller has not responded. There is no way to get EBAY to get involved. Still haven’t received (and no longer want) the item. HELP

If the estimated delivery date was May 10th, it's to late for any help from Ebay.
You only have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a case on Ebay.
If you paid using Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to open a case, or open a case with your credit card.
