Hello, 3 months ago I purchased a pair of shoes on eBay and did not find out they were fake until now. The shoes are still in the condition they came in when I got them never worn . But my problem is , is it possible to get my money back because I can’t go through PayPal because I used Apple Pay . And I’m seeing all over eBay like when I try to return or file a complaint it is after 30 days so I’m not sure if I can still get my money back . Help please thanks .

After 30 days you are out of luck. Nothing can be done since no CC was used nor PP (PP allows 6 months; CC's some up to 1 year)

Explain the situation to Ebay, who may extend their normal dispute window if you can prove fraud. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for Ebay's phone number:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/selling-practices-policy?id=4346
If that fails, you can dispute the charge through Apple Pay or your credit card issuer. Be sure to do so within their time respective windows.

If the counterfeits are of a particularly popular and moneyed item, it never hurts to mention to eBay that your next step is the Federal Government, who would "be very concerned at eBay's apparent support of IP theft.
